• Our manufacturing site is open between 6am and 3pm for deliveries.

• The Bake House Shop is open between 8am and 4pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, and 8am-4:30pm Wednesday to Friday.

• We have free onsite parking for customers and visitors at the front of the site.

• Unfortunately we do not have toilet facilities for customers.

• As our shop is located on our manufacturing site, we cannot allow dogs onsite except for guide dogs and assistance/support dogs.

Most of our products are suitable for vegetarians, however some of our products will use ingredients such as marshmallows which will unfortunately make them unsuitable for vegetarians. Our packs will say if a product is suitable for vegetarians.

For any items in the shop, please ask a member of staff.

• Unfortunately at the moment we do not have any products suitable for vegans as most of our products use egg or milk.

• We do have oat or soy milk alternatives in our hot drinks from the shop

• If we do plan on developing some vegan lines, please be aware that our products carry precautionary allergen labelling (sometimes called an allergen alibi statement) and that even if a product is declared as vegan, that does not mean it is free from animal-based allergens.

• Unfortunately as we manufacture primarily flour-based products, we cannot guarantee that any products would be free from gluten.

• We do not declare any of our products as being nut or peanut free, as we do not conduct nut allergy testing on incoming raw materials or on all batches of finished products.

• However, the products of ours that do not have a "may contain nuts" statement are made with no nut containing ingredients and we do not handle nuts on site.

• Some of our products do have a precautionary allergen label on them saying they may contain traces of nuts. This is where our suppliers of ingredients declare there may be cross contamination at their sites. This statement is underneath the ingredients list on our packaging.
