We’ve been baking up a storm, and now it’s time to dig in.

All baked in small batches in our Lancashire bakery, using the hand-finished flair you know and love.

Cookies and Cream Matilda Cake
She’s back.
The Cookies and Cream Matilda Cake is a returning limited edition and a firm fan favourite, making a well‑deserved comeback after quietly winning hearts in previous launches.
This one’s for the chocolate lovers and the biscuit obsessives.
Built from towering layers of all‑butter Belgian dark chocolate sponge, she’s stacked with rich single origin Colombian dark chocolate ganache and Belgian white chocolate fudge, then wrapped in smooth vanilla buttercream and finished with a generous crown of cookie crumbs. Indulgent, nostalgic, and dangerously easy to go back for seconds.

The Matilda & Friends
