Shipping policy

We want your bakes to reach you as quickly as possible, so here’s everything you need to know about how and when we dispatch orders.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm are dispatched the same or next working day via Royal Mail first class. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.

Every bake is carefully hand-wrapped in our Lancashire bakery before it’s sent on its way, so it arrives just as it left our hands and ready for your table. Any packaging shown in product images is used for in-store purchases and is not included with online orders.

Please note that during busy postal periods such as Black Friday, Royal Mail may experience delays outside of our control.

Holiday Closures

Please note that we don’t dispatch orders on bank holidays, as the bakery is closed. Orders placed before a bank holiday will be sent out on the next working day.

Christmas: We close from 1pm on 22nd December. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on 29th December.

New Year: We close from 1pm on 30th December. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on 2nd January.
