Our Letterbox Brownie Offcuts are the trimmings and edge pieces from our bestselling letterbox brownies. Still rich, still fudgy, still loaded with Belgian chocolate, just a little more rough around the edges.

Handmade in small batches in our Lancashire bakery, these chunky brownie bites are topped with generous swirls of chocolate and biscuit pieces for extra crunch and indulgence. Same crackly top. Same gloriously gooey centre.

They might not be uniform squares, but that’s part of the charm. Less polish, more personality. Ideal for sharing, grazing, or keeping entirely to yourself.
