Get your hands on the fudgy edges and chocolate-loaded trimmings from our Matilda Bigfoot: dense Belgian dark chocolate brownie, ribbons of caramelised white chocolate fudge and pieces of that glossy chocolate topping.

They might not be neat slices, but they're every bit the same bake. Think chewy corners, squidgy middles and thick fudge layers in gloriously wonky bites. Tip them into a bowl for film night, warm a few and add a scoop of ice cream, or keep the bag by the kettle for whenever the afternoon needs rescuing.

Handmade in small batches by our family-run bakery in Lancashire, these off-cuts help us keep waste low while making sure not a crumb of Bigfoot goes unloved.

Note: These are off-cuts, trimmings and edges from our Matilda Bigfoot: the same ingredients and the same small batches, just not the neat pieces. Weights may vary slightly from bag to bag.
