Sometimes it’s the classics that hit hardest. Our vanilla Matilda cake is a sky-high spin on the traditional Victoria sponge – only taller, richer, and made with serious love. Each of the 24 hand-layered tiers alternates soft vanilla sponge with tangy raspberry jam and thick swirls of creamy vanilla buttercream. It’s a flavour combo everyone knows, but we’ve taken it to new heights (literally).

Made in small batches using free-range eggs, British butter and cream from a local dairy, this cake is all about quality. Each purchase is for one gloriously chunky slice – enough to share (but we won’t judge if you don’t). No dry crumbs. No shortcuts. Just a towering slice of nostalgic, buttery brilliance.
